SEAT TARRACO: THE NEW SUV FROM SEAT

Seat Tarraco debuts in front of the public and the media at the Paris Motor Show 2018. 

The latest launch of Seat, designed at the headquarters of Martorell, aims to become the new flagship of the company in order to attract new customers. Like the rest of Seat's line of cars, the brand's new SUV receives the name of Seat Tarraco in honor of the ancient Roman city of Tarraco, actually Tarragona. 

The new SUV is a sample of the new language, at the design level, which Seat plans to implement from now on. With a new front grille, larger and with a hexagonal design, a honeycomb grid, elegant and light ally-rims 50.8cm (20 ") with matte finish, plus a new and attractive design of the front LED headlights , notable differences with respect to the rest of the SUV line of the brand.

Built on a modular MQB platform, like other cars of the Volkswagen group, this car measures 473 cm and has up to three rows of seats, which allows to accommodate a maximum of 7 people. The new Seat Tarraco has a new digital system: Customizable 26cm (10.25 ") Digital Cockpit Panel that shows maps and driving assistance systems for a better driving experience. It has diesel and gasoline engines, with powers between 150 and 190 HP, and possibility of using front or total drive.

The new SEAT Tarraco will be manufactured in Wolfsburg (Germany), where Procon Systems has already delivered its robotized application project of cold wax application for doors in the factory paint area.
