Providers evaluation
Suppliers are evaluated as follows:
- By recognized ISO Certification or other specific certificates requested by Procon Systems, S.A. clients.
- Regular: Regular suppliers are those that supply us with material or services more than five times a year, without notable incidents.
- Occasional: Those suppliers that provide us with material or services only once a year.
- Assigned by the client.
- Critical for the service: Those suppliers that have a long delivery time for the material or service (greater than a month).
Supplier security requirements
Outsourced activities:
- All subcontracted activities are governed by the PR-1007 activity coordination procedure, through the Ctaima platform.
- If the activities organized by subcontracted companies involve risky work, special work permits must be obtained.
- The validation of the coordination of the subcontracted activities is carried out by the Head of Safety and Health at Work.
Machinery and equipment:
All machinery and/or equipment implies requesting the following minimum information from the supplier:
- Manual.
- CE/EU Declaration of Conformity.
- CE marking.
The validation of a new machine or equipment is carried out by the Occupational Health and Safety Manager.
Individual Protection Equipment:
All personal protective equipment will have the following minimum information:
- Data sheet.
- Manual.
- CE/EU Declaration of Conformity.
- CE marking.
The validation of a new PPE will be carried out by the Health and Safety Manager at work.
Chemical products:
Any purchase of a chemical product implies requesting the following minimum information from the supplier:
- Data sheet.
- Safety data Sheet.
The validation of a new chemical product is carried out by the Occupational Health and Safety Manager.
