Procon Systems finalises the design of the central system of the Fire Monitoring Systems at ITER

As an extension of the CSS-OS system of the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER), Procon Systems has completed the design of the central part of the Fire Monitoring Systems system.

The aim of the new system is to control and monitor the local fire monitoring systems and to integrate them with the existing CSS-OS SCADA system. The CSS-OS system has been under development by Procon Systems since 2019, having completed the design and manufacturing phases. It is currently continuing to evolve with the development of new safety features.
